1st Corinthians 1:10 KJV Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. Dear Christians, There is an adversary out there who doesnt want us to be united. Hes got a plan just like God has a plan, but it cannot be as complex as Gods plan because the devil is finite and God is infinite. God tells us to be as wise as serpents and as gentle as doves so that we can be aware of the devils tactics. So if I were the adversary, how would I get a bunch of people who believe that the Bible is the authoritative word of God to be utterly divided against themselves using the very same book that is suppose to unite them? Catholic tactic. Ingrain in every believers mind that the Catholic church is the only true church, the pope and their bishops are the only ones who can properly interpret Gods word, and that any one who tries to teach something other than what they teach about what Jesus intended meaning was are private interpreters, attacking the integrity of Christs church. Protestant tactic: Ingrain every believers mind with the idea that the only way a preacher can preach the gospel with any credibility is if he attends a preaching school and has a degree to back up the knowledge they have in the Bible. Then lull those preachers into accepting the preaching schools opinion of what Jesus says over what Jesus is actually saying. Then send those preachers to different churches to point fingers at other churches and allow an opinionated view of the Bible to filter throughout the entire Christian population without any amount of life changing truth reaching anyones ears. Yes, Jesus died for our sins. Every believer knows that. But the Bible also explains how we are saved, why we are saved, and what we are saved from, in very great detail. It explains the truth. Things that, if people really understood, would change them the same way it has changed me. I refuse to be turned away from the truth that the Bible reveals, no matter how hard it may be to accept. I encourage anyone who feels the same way to check out my website. I have put everything I have been studying there and have made every effort take God at His word and not to add my opinion. I have no desire to believe a lie or to teach a lie so I hope you will go to the verses I pointed out and make the connections for yourself, because I didnt need a college degree to figure this out. No one does. We only need to ask God for the understanding with an earnest desire to know Him and put in the time to diligently study His word. hispanicca86.wix/kennethprichett
