1st Stop Recruitment are looking for an Office Junior for a growing company in Haverhill on a permanent basis. This position is ideal for a recent School/College leaver with good GCSE and or A Level results, who are looking to start a career within an office environment. The main aspect of the position is to assist in all aspects of accounts and HR administration. Duties of the role: •Answering incoming telephone calls. •Entry of all purchase ledger invoices as well as data entry in CIA software. •Receive and agree all receipts from relevant company card holders for monthly reconciliation. •Maintaining all records ensuring personnel files are updated with correct documents/certificates. •Purchasing stationary and assisting with end of year stock take. •Maintaining the first aid boxes. •Producing ID cards for employees and sub-contractors. •Issuing and recording protective clothing issued to personnel. •Organising MOT’s, servicing and repairs on company vehicles. •Dealing with insurance claims. •Organising hotel accommodation for personnel when required. Skills Required: •Good IT skills. •Ability to prioritise workloads. •Good communication skills •Ability to work under pressure.
