1st day of actual training... I dont know know if its the magic of the big ass beautiful moon or the fact that I was lifting heavy stuff in last 3 days or just that resting for 2+ weeks made my body level up! My jumps gotten bigger, my landings got more quiet, o have so much power.....Im excited! My chest still sore and I ended the work out with slow isolated moves to.expand chest and work on my shoulder blades and traps. Great night hope everyone is having a good evening.
