2.0 million Americans are hospitalized for assaults annually... there are 16,000 homicide victims a year (2012)... nearly 7000 are Black... 94% of those 7000 (6570) died at the hands of other Blacks... NOW COMPARE... Nearly 100 Blacks justifiably die at the hands of law enforcement each year... So, 6570 Blacks die at the hands of other BLACKS and 100 die at the hands of LAW ENFORCEMENT... Our protest against police brutality and unnecessary use of lethal force is OUTSTANDING and hopefully will lead to better trained law enforcement and greater accountability via Body Cams and other means HOLD UP! Black on Black homicide occurs 65 times more often so we need to stay in protest mode and we need to protest Black on Black 65 times more often... which means we should stay in the streets until the statistics die down tremendously; especially when Blacks are murders 6 to 7 times higher than average... and hopefully this will lead to better trained children and greater accountability inside their own homes... Just sayin
