2-3 weeks ago. I fell off the health & fitness routine. my one cheat day turned into several weeks. not only have I gained weight, I feel uncomfortable in my body, & my skin shows Ive been on a bad intake binge. tomorrow, Im getting my @.. back on track. clean eating & exercise. right now, Im loading up on H2O. starting my morning with a 4 mile trail run and thereafter, abs. no more junk in my trunk!
