2. 35 years female, who was two weeks postpartum presented with anxiety, palpitation and sweating. On examination pulse was 150/min, BP 100/70 and temperature was normal. The rest of examination was unremarkable except she had sweaty palms, and had fine tremors. Her full blood count, urea and electrolytes, D.dimer and chest X-ray were normal. a) What is the most likely diagnosis? b) Suggest two useful investigations with expected findings. c) Outline treatment options and what is the expected prognosis?
