(2) Chapter 51 I looked at sbali a lil confused and concerned so i asked what he meant and he pulled me aside so we could talk. He told me that he had found out who was behind the shooting and he had taken care of the situation, his version is Mlu went passed his house at steiltes to check on Tema and Sne on his way to dinner at my place and he was followed by the guys when he left there. He went to buy something at Orchard Village and thats when the guys got him they shot him right there and drove away, people took the car registration and lucky enough Temas parents were there too so they told Sne about it not aware that he knew him. That was him who called sbali yesterday to meet up for he had seen the car on their streets before Mlu was shot. They traced the car and found it at Sun1 hotel in Nelspruit on the Samora Machel drive just close to Ilanga Mall, that was all i had to know the rest wasnt important well i let it go for now i already had too much on my plate couldnt add anymore. I went back to the kitchen and helped the ladies cook. Mlu had once told me his Mothers favourite dish is Curry Rice and roasted chicken topped with potato+boiled eggs salad so yeah that part was covered. We finished cooking just after 1pm and dad was back from church with the kids, they had gone there in the morning. You probably asking how come we didnt go to the church service considering my father is the church pastor, well our Christmas service is hosted by us yes but the service started yesterday at 9pm at which we were already having a crisis at hone and well as you know pastor Maseko was there so he had to take over and handle the service while we deal with our family problems, so Dad and the kids went to the morning service which ended at one now they are on lunch break the next service starts at 4pm which i doubt we will attend or well let me speak for myself i doubt Il attend it but well see. We drove off to hospital this time we had one more member that was Sbali as uncle Theo was instructed to stay at home and lay low to avoid any trouble cos much as they had taken care of the guys it wasnt all of them so they still had a long way to go. On our way to hospital Mlus phone rang i checked it and it was his mother so i answered the call. Me Mlus phone hello Mother hello my girl im glad you answered i was worried and confused how i would get you since i had not taken your number earlier Me i also remembered a little late ma and somehow i figured maybe just maybe you would try his cell. Mother thanks my girl, well we are at the hospital can you get here soon? Me yes ma im already on my way there well be there in 10minutes time Mother okay my girl we will be sitting at the reception area, well see you when you get here. Me okay ma thank you i cut the call and told them his parents had arrived then it struck me Ive never met them before, well Ive spoken to her once or twice but we were due to formally meet on the 30th so Eish this meeting now was not doing me any justice. We got there and got off then my heart started beating fast i was scared, worried if anything we werent meant to meet like this Mlu wouldnt have wanted it this way but im sure hell understand why i did it and he would be happy to have his parents here by his side. We got into reception area and i spotted them simply cos Mlu looks somuch like his Dad i mean hes his copy thats for sure, i went to them to greet and introduce myself. Hes a really good boy Father thanks to my lovely wife for grooming him to be like that. We tried our best hey which really hurts to think hes laying in a hospital bed now Sbali he will be ok baba hr just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time but we sure hope those people will be caught and felt with just then a nurse came to tell us Mlu was awake Mother is it for real this ti,e or its something like what we saw earlier? Me was he awake before? Mother yes he was but for a short while he just called your name then went blank again Me ouhk in that case lets go see if hes awake for real this time we all walked to Mlus ward and went in he was awake fir real u couldnt help it i hugged him and kissed his forehead he just smiled Me hey babe how are you feeling? Mlu water he murmured his mother took a glass of water and helped him drink then helped him be comfortable He looked happy to see his parents and my heart skilled at that site, he said thank you and i said hes welcome. My man was happy and very much alive and i was happy too. Ses Sino held me in her rms and said i told you hes gonna be ok and i just smiled at her. We stayed with Mlu till visiting hours were over then we left him to rest with a promise to come see him later. As we were walking out ses Sino did beat me to it. Sino Ma nawe baba i know you probably wanna go rest but may you please join us for lunch at home please Ma cha mntanam we dont wanna intrude in sure you guys already have anough guests at your hone and we still have to find accommodation im very tired hey Me cha Ma we knew you were coming and you are nit intruding we would love to have you at our home. Sbali siyanicela Ma nawe baba and i dont think you have to worry about accommodation im sure Mlu wont mind you guys using his apartment you are his parents afterall Father are you sure about Mlus place? We cant sleep in our sons bed no ways Me cha he wont mind and he has 3bedrooms there im sure you use them and just as you said you wont find accommodation at this time they are all fully booked Mother okay my girl well take you on that offer Father and i can do with a home cooked meal, Christmas aint fun without a home cooked meal Enhle and Aunty would kill us for not coming home with you we laughed at that more cos we had forgotten she was there shes been quiet all the time. We drove home and arrived just after 2:30pm the table was set and ready i introduced them to my parents and everyone at home and they were welcomed, while doing so ses Sino went to feed the twins first then all sat down around the table to eat. Lunch was delicious i could see i had won my in-laws right there and then especially since i had made Mothers favourite salad the way Mlu told me she likes it😉 extra points for me. We talked about the food, Mlu and other things and had a great time, for a moment we werent depressed and pitiful. After lunch our parents went to sit outside having drinks juice to be precise while me and my sisters did the dishes. Sbali and uncle Theo were in the house talking about God knows what but then i wasnt about to worry myself about them, when we finished Mom suggested we all go to church just for a while we were allowed to leave at 5:30pm to go see Mlu and well everyone agreed so we went there the device si far was great killer song was the one sung by Mrs Maseko Jr she sang kwanqaba umusa ningibona ngiphila nje uthixo akavumanga ngempilo yami memories of last nights dream came to me u cried so hard a prayed so hard not asking fir anything this time but thanking God for all hes done for me, my family, my friends, my hubby and the world itself i poured my heart out to him then i head myself sing he is the God that healeth thee, he is the God Your healer. He sent his word and healed your pains, he is the Lord your healer someone gave me the mic and i went on singing that song was followed by Modimo reboka wena then i went to sit down feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The service went on as we all prayed for my Mlu then at 5:30pm i left with ses Sino and sbali and Mlus parents and my parents. Enhle and uncle Theo went home with the kids as went to hospital, we arrived there in time for visiting hours we brought him drinking yogurts and juice and when we got there we were surprised Mlu was sitting in his bed and he smiled at us hugged his parents, my parents sister sbali i was the last one he hugged me and kissed my forehead Mlu hey princess you good Me now that i see you sitting in good my love, how are you feeling Mlu im better love just wanna get out of here Mother you focus on getting well then you will be out of here my boy he blushed ha ha such a mommys boy. We spent the whole time talking about our Christmas, our families and Mlus condition. He asked about the twins.....ah he had not met them yet but was gonna meet them soon. He was discharged in the 28th in the morning and insisted we go to Themba and Gugus engagement party of which we did, it was great we had a great time, it was fun and well adorable. On the 29th he asked to take me home with him so spend new years with his family and my parents agreed so we left and went to Jozi.
