2. MSEP partner, Zeiders Enterprises, has an immediate need for a MSEP Liaison, Potential Partner Specialist. As a member of the MSEP Operations Cell, the Potential Partner Specialist will manage and execute the vetting process for potential partners and onboarding of new partners. The result of this work is that partners entering the program understand their commitments, the program resources, and are prepared to fulfill the mission of MSEP in quantifiable ways. The Potential Partner Liaison integrates with the Reporting & Analytics Specialists, Quality Assurance Manager, Learning & Performance POC, and Operations Supervisor. The preferred location for this position is Woodbridge, VA; however, teleworking from your home from nationwide locations is an option for exceptional candidates. ü Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field (Business Administration, Human Resources, or Professional Development) and 8+ years of professional work experience. • At least four years of military program or corporate experience in a client-facing environment. • Proven experience as a spokesperson or trainer who can deliver presentations via phone, webinar or in person to various audiences. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and MS Project). • Experience cultivating and managing remote relationships, as well as mentoring staff. ü Job duties include: • Work with DoD, Operations Supervisor and MSEP Contract Lead to develop strategy and tactics to vet, train and on-board potential and new partners. • Manage and execute New Partner Orientation in coordination with the Operations Supervisor to include project plan development, quality control, client meetings, coordination with Learning & Performance POC, and hosting. • Be a primary spokesperson for the program to potential partners. Be able to communicate clearly, accurately, and in detail all aspects of the programs structure and benefits, as well as stakeholder commitments. • Vet potential partner applications against established criteria and create application package for DoD review. • Develop and maintain detailed standard operating procedures. • Maintain integrity of program databases/metrics, and implement quality assurance process in coordination with SECO Quality Assurance Lead to ensure all materials are client ready. • Evaluate effectiveness of the potential and new partner efforts on a quarterly basis and provide recommendations for improvement. • Evaluate the clients needs and provide expert advice and recommendations for contract deliverables. • Coordinate with the Annual Meeting/New Partner Induction lead to provide content recommendations, necessary partner data, and onsite support. • Provide updates for weekly and monthly contract reports. • Ensure operational performance, deadlines, quality control, and other performance standards are met. • Create and maintain program efficiencies through consistent work flows; application of appropriate resources; implementation of new training; ongoing evaluation; metrics; and development of process improvement when necessary. • Facilitate client meetings. • Utilize case management and event systems. • Perform other duties as assigned.
