2 Months Ago I put a call out for guinea pigs to do a test program with me. I had over 100 application and accepted 35 people into the test program. It was 30 days and people fell into one of 4 groups - active 3+ times a week; moderately active, light exercise 2-3X/week; No active but willing to follow a workout, not active and cant be during the program! Were still waiting on all results to come in but so far, 17 women have lost a combined 183lbs and 110 Inches! The best part of it all? Theyre after photos... theyre smiling soooo big in them! Amazing results for an amazing group of women! #transformyourself!
