2 November 14 ---------- Wallet Grabber If you go to Wal-Mart be sure NOT to use a Handicapped space. The Secretary of State Police are watching it. I had to show ID and all the get go yesterday and yes the placard is mine. About wanted everything but disability award papers, this is good but do we not have bigger crimes to solve, Wal-Mart is private property technically only they can enforce those spots. Wal-Mart does not uphold this as I have ask them why they let the law enforcement especially ISP watch their lot. The are not Private Security Guards which is what is used to patrol private property. A nice call to Wal-Mart telling them when you see this will get things stopped. I had a trooper radaring from a business I manageds parking lot and it was private property and I was the custodian of the property and told him to find D on the P R N D L 3 2 1 and get the heck out of there. He was not using my lot for a speed trap and he moved he didnt like but he moved you know why because he had to legally. The reason I am so critical of this is because my wife got a ticket for doing such and another lady more prominent some might think in Fairfield was cited for the same offense. My wife had to pay 500 dollars within 2 weeks or lose her license for a year. The other person got their charges dropped. The other person has connections. This isnt slamming but just 2 weeks difference and same officer writing ticket. But Judici reveals the lady never had to as much go to court, it was dismissed.
