2 REDS 2 GREENS + sriracha Okay, so lets be real, when I first got this program a while back, I WASNT HAVIN IT!! Lol They told me I can only have 2 teaspoons of peanutbutter. Lol & like a child, I quickly turned my dedication off with the program. I was able to up my calorie intake (giving me more containers) because I am an athlete and I workout hard .. So this time around has been much better. Mostly mentally.. If you have been following me for a while, I have talked about not liking this eating plan because I FINALLY got over the feeling of being restricted from food and have really been working on my relationship with food in general. & I wasnt happy that the program only let me have a tiny bit of fruit each day.. (& peanut butter) But now that I am educated on how to use this eating plan I feel 100% better about it. As long as I am working out hard, I dont really need to stress too much about over eating, I have learned my boundries. I just need to make sure I eat often enough! So my muscles will grow and I can shred body fat .. And this program helps push me to do that.. I know I can eat clean without it... But it really does take the guess work out of having to figure out if you are nourishing your body with what it needs. I now get 5 teaspoons of peanut butter ☺️ HOLLA! & a lot more fruit.
