2 Samuel 7:22 “How great you are, Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears. This verse is David speaking to the Lord in humility and adoration. He is acknowledging that in spite of his unworthiness God has blessed him and his family. Today lets remember how great a God we serve. While our nation is turning its back on God and Gods direction we need to be strong and bold in our faith. Letting our trust and faith be exhibited in how we conduct ourselves. We seem to have forgotten that there is no one like our God Jehovah and while He is a incredibly loving God, He is a Sovereign God. This means He will do what He says and what He promises he will fulfill! Everyone in our nation has heard about THE GOD JEHOVAH; they have heard with their own ears and each one will be held accountable for what they did with the knowledge they were provided about God and His direction and guidance for our life and for our nation. The Children of Israel had to go through multiple experiences of what happens when you are rebellious and disobedient to the one and true God. I pray for an awakening for our nation and I realize that it must begin with me. I hope you will join me in declaring just as David did How great you are, Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears. Change begins with one heart and then another and soon there are many joining as one heart to bring about the revival that is only possible when Gods people are obedient and stand up to the politically correct, socially acceptable, watered down, garbage that many so called Christians are spreading today. It is time for Followers of Jesus Christ to get back to Gods truth and live in awe and amazement of the incredible God that is the creator of everything that exists. If we would only take this step then we would make every effort to live our lives by the commands and directions provided by our LORD. AMEN AND AMEN
