2 Thessalonians 2 does raise a theological question for me. It does talk of God sending a delusion, temptation, to ensnare / reveal wicked people. I dont tend to believe in God sending evil yet this is one of many texts using such language. (Others deny he does so saying God does no evil nor tempts to evil). How do you make sense of Gods hand in evil? How do you make sense of such contradictory claims in our book?
