2 Tim 1:7 says "For God has not given me a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power of love and of a sound mind." This was our bible verse in VBS. I was thinking about it in relation to my recent struggles. What this says to me is that I need to make a conscious decision to let go of the fears that have been plaguing my mind. I need to remember I am not a victim because I have power through the blood of Jesus Christ. I am loved because God says I am loved. I have value because I am a daughter of The King. The devil has no authority over my mind because God has given me a sound mind. All I have to do is claim it. This is my prayer and hopefully it will speak to someone else out there also.
