2 Timothy 3:1-9, Key Verse: 5 :5 They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that. Do you act religious? Do you follow traditions of men more than you seek the will of God? Are you mere entertainment on Sunday but pure misery Monday through Saturday? Do you have religion but no relationship with God? Are you part of the they in this verse? The word of God says to resist the devil and he will flee, but why do we resist God? Why do we resist His power that comes through the presence of the Holy Spirit? You say you want to be more like Christ but do your actions show it? Godliness and holiness want to take over you but you must earnestly seek Jesus so He can clean you inside out and so He can empower you to do the work God has strategically placed you here to do. Dont continue in religion and miss out on the abundant life God intended for us to have through His Son Jesus!!!
