2 days of travel back to back to Columbus for my annual Commissioners retreat. There are some radical changes coming to the sheltered employment and the WIA, now WIOA (workforce) system for Ohioans with disabilities! I mean a SYSTEM change over the next few years similar to the deinstitutionalization for people with mental illness in the 80s!! This is the next phase of evolution for community integration for people with significant disabilities.
