At the end of your hams and glutes workout throw in a ham/glute raise for negative reps and really focus on contracting your glutes and hams as you descend through the movement 3 sets 10reps. 2nd exercise is a single leg glute squeeze. Bend at the hips as seen in the video but do not pull yourself back up by contracting your lower back. Instead, contract your glutes and pull your body back up via your heel. Hold for a 1/2 count then repeat.
