2 gamblers arrested in Srinagar Monitor News Bureau Srinagar: Police arrested two gamblers and recovered stake money from the gambling site in Ahmad Nagar area, police said on Thursday. As per a statement a police party of Soura police station while patrolling in Ahamad Nagar area, arrested 2 gamblers while gambling near main road. The arrested gamblers were identified as Tufail Manzoor Chotta son of Manzoor Ahmad resident of Lal Bazar and Mohammad Yosuf son of Abdul Salam Tiploo resident of Tiploo Mohalla Anchar Soura. A stake money of Rs. 40,000 cash and packs of playing cards were recovered from the gamling site, statement reads. Police has also registered a case under FIR number 111/2014 under section 13 Gambling Act in this regard and investigation has been started.
