2 hour boot camp - Gents the boot camp company I work for are holding a free two hour boot camp tonight in Jesmond Dene park If you are interested in coming along let me know, its 6-8pm and will be good fun, there will be lots of team games so get along if you can it will be good prep for pre season, there should be around 5-6 instructors with 60-80 people taking park, its open to everyone so family and friends and all fitness abilities welcome :)
