2 hours on the phone to Orange & Apple - Apple admit theres a fault with the iPhone, but theres also a network problem. Orange refuse to admit theres a problem with the phone, but acknowledge theres a network problem. Lovely, lovely gentleman called Luthrell asked his managed for an upgrade/phone change for me, manager admitted even if we change the phone, shell still have the same problem.. Lovely, lovely Luthrell is now sorting out me leaving Orange and waiving the £186 disconnection charge as I would be a lot more angry than you are, Im surprised you havent swore yet. If we cant give you there service you should have, you have no right in having to pay for it. I wish you didnt have to go, because youve been with us for 8 years, but I wouldnt stand for the level of service you have either. Hes fantastic.
