2 minute ABS and THIGHS this time with a STABILITY BALL I LOVE training with bodyweight and there are some pieces of equipment that allow you to really challenge your bodyweight work more! #Stabilityballs are one of those things. You can truly train your WHOLE BODY using a stability ball Here is what I am doing today 1. Stability Ball THIGH squeezes. This one really works your CORE and your thighs. Now, if you cant balance on the ball (this IS an advanced move) then try this holding onto something or with a person spotting you. OR Lay down on your back, put the Stability Ball between your legs and SQUEEZE 2. On your back, LIFT and LOWER the stability ball keeping your LOWER BACK pressed into the ground. SQUEEZE your thighs together to make sure you are holding the ball in place. This one will REALLY work your abs as well! (You will feel it in that lower belly area!) Will you try?
