2 out of 2 appointments to view properties this week mysteriously fell through at the last minute, due to “odd” circumstances. Chris at Spurr property management was never very business-like to begin with. He stood me up after I waited at the property for him at the scheduled time, and never called either, I had to call him. When I finally spoke him, it was “Oops, sorry! One of the existing tenants decided to rent the place, it’s off the market.” That same day I was played with by a guy named Bob – an ugly old player from craigslist, was inappropriate with me. Hope he made some new “friends” by the end of the week. Yesterday, Sharon from Pabst, Kinney also stood me up after I scheduled a viewing with a studio I was interested in. After confirming just hours earlier that she would not only be there on time, she would be there early. She didn’t even call to cancel. I drove out of my way, waited, then called her, was more than kind and told this was not good business. She finally left a voicemail with an “a coworker emergency” lame excuse. Another “Oops, sorry!”. If anything else jumps off that’s odd or out of the ordinary, I’m going to start reporting these businesses. I will not accept the fact that all these weird ass situations are random - since moving down here by the beach - especially with the Asian persuasion BS on the job, and Kevin who is going too far out of his way to impress me on a personal level. I have every reason to believe he’s connected with the obsessive weirdo in the little white helicopter. If anyone else knew what was best for me or what truly made me happy, I’d be much further in life. I’m not following up on any so-called “perfect apartments” or leads that just happen into my lap. I want to find the place, and I’m pretty sure the one I’m looking at with Pabst, Kinney is the one best for me. No one should ever be forced to feel the way I do. Nobody should ever need to worry about the kinds of things that I’ve been forced to contend with since originally moving to Mariquita.
