2 things: (1) I just observed three young teenage boys setting fire to Christmas trees on the beach at the Raleigh access. One was a redhead and the other two had very dark hair. I told them to stop and they ran off. Anyone claim these three boys hanging out together? If so, please have a talk with them on the potential hazards of such senseless boredom. (2) For everyone who uses Jefferson/Powhatan to get to Shore Drive, PLEASE use caution when making the southern curve/turn onto Powhatan and S-L-O-W D-O-W-N. I dont relish the idea of being hit when pulling out out my driveway at that intersection onto what appears to be a road free of oncoming cars only to have someone swerve because theyre rounding the curve too quickly. Youre not the only one on the road. Thank you for your consideration.
