2 very over looked things with strength training/bodybuilding/fitness etc. 1) proper warm up 2) positioning on equipment My warmup: 5 min jump rope or 10minutes on bike and always start with one isolation movment to prime the body for whats to come. 2) postioning on equipment is everything most people for instance make chest hammer presses into a delt movement because they have a flat back and ass in back of seat if only they knew if they made one minor adjustment it would isolate the chest more.
