2 weeks left to go....how are you feeling? Stronger, tighter, lighter? Well, be prepared to finish strong. Back to basics this week...lots if ropes, kettlebells, squats, push-ups running :). Believe me when I tell you I dont like running. But just because you dont like something, arent good at something or just dont want to do something, that doesnt mean you should just skip it. That is what a challenge is all about. Working outside your comfort zone, pushing forward instead of saying I cant. So be prepared for some sweaty back to basics workouts. Give it everything you have....you wont be sorry! Day 28 mantra-- Sweat is my makeup. I will apply it daily ;)
