2 words of advice for the Day after Thanksgiving dieters... Dont Panic! If its day 1 of a new diet or simply just getting back to your routine after a Thanksgiving purge, take a few moments and read this helpful advice. Personally I weighed this morning and my scale yelled at me as I literally packed on 5 lbs in a day and a half. Remember.... Dont Panic! Start small and work your way back into a grove. If just starting out, set goals that you can realistically reach by next Friday. Make it a lifestyle and something you enjoy doing!
