2 years ago today I was given this beautiful, sweet boy. I only saw him for a minute before he was taken to the NIICU and for testing. I did not hold my little man till he was 9 days old and did not bring him home till he was almost 14 mos old. It has been a challenge at times to say the least but here we are after being told over and over that this happy thriving boy would not survive to birth, would not be breathing when he was born, would most likely have brain damage, and would never crawl, roll, ect. He is a fighter and hes my hero, he has endured more pain and surgeries than most will in a lifetime and kept smiling through it (most of the time anyway!) I want to thank each and everyone of you for being with us through this!
