2 years ago tonight at 10 pm exactly we received the phone call from the heart transplant coordinator from the Wisconsin Childrens Hospital that they had a perfect match for Colton. 4 am tomorrow morning Colton went into surgery to receive his second chance at life. There is a day that goes by that I dont think of the donor or the loved ones. God bless them all and I pray the family is doing the best they can.
