20-30 June,2013 (Elsa+ Hei-Ju+Daisy) Yellow, white and tiny spots of green under the same BLUE sky (The pure blue called “Himalaya blue” by local people)….This is my first impression about Leh. The weather is very DRY and Burning sunlight in Ladakh. I was bothered by static electricity all the time in my room. It is not only to reflect on my skin but also the hairs…There is a huge temperature difference between day and night. Sun and wind had tanned our skin. Some cuts appeared on our hands and feet. The tall woods of white polar trees resist the burning sun and strong wind. Outsides the woods, the lush summer waterweeds in deep pool…the endless green extend to the distance place. The cows and horses wander happily on the meadow… In Leh…quiet ancient alleys, the fields of highland barley beneath the Snow Mountains, the ruins of the Palace…The solemn peaceful monastery, even the noisy streets and cold beer under colorful sun-shading umbrellas.… Bustling and quiet, ancient and modern, simple and splendid…Only when you shuttlecock in town all day then you realize the magical charm of Leh.
