20 Front Squats at 180 lbs for completion. But my pride comes from my personal goal: to keep my BACK STRAIGHT on all 20 reps. If youre not 59 and skinny ... Or have a 3 foot long torso, maybe youve never had to worry about this. But trust me, the struggle is REAL. I am so happy that I kept good form at such a heavy and demanding load for all 20 reps. Thanks to my friends for cheering me on! (It gets claustrophobic between me and those weights!)
