On the way out, we saw a woman walk in with an old duffle bag and there was a tiny head sticking out of it. The woman put the bag on the counter and said I dont want this dog. The woman at the front desk informed her that there would be a fee to abandon the animal. The woman was angry, she said she didnt have any money and was just going to leave the bag in the ally if thats the case....
