2001 Audi 1.8 liter turbo. After diagnosing found out the vehicle had two diagnostics code. Crank and camshaft sensor code. In this particular engine if the crank sensor is lost the vehicle will not start at all, but if the cam sensor is lost vehicle will still start most likely with a hard start. After a complete diagnostic I found the crank sensor to be out of specs so I replaced it. Vehicle now has a hard start in which I found the cam sensor to be defective as well.
