2001 Salem 30BHSS travel trailer for sale or possible trades or partial trades. Trailer has had previous water damage but all repairs have been made and there isnt any issues. Has been used several times since and no leaks. Would be a great trailer for deer camp because it has good ground clearance to get back into the boonies. Heat works great and is ducted as well as the ice cold A/C. Very roomy with tons of storage and plenty of beds for sleeping. It has a queen bed up front, a jack knife soaf that makes into a bed, of course the dinette makes into a bed and then the single bunk on top in the back as well as the double bunk underneath it. Has a large fridge that works great on 12volt, gas, 120volt. I put in a DSI water heater which uses gas or electric and is auto light so no pilot light. Has new flooring in kitchen and bathroom, floors are good but the old flooring was cracked. I replaced the toilet valve and the sewer valves as well. Put bearing buddies on it, tires and breaks are good as well as the spare. Has a camera on the back of it, replaced plug with a metal one and a holder, has twin 20# tanks. Does not come with a hitch or the snap brackets. I just replaced the slideout motor on 9/30/2014 due to bad brushes. Has a light in the rear cargo area too. Asking $4200 located just West of Ithaca seven miles. Trades intrested in are pontoon boat, fish/ski boat, 4ft 3pt tiller, HVAC work I need propane furnace and A/C, currently have fuel oil, snowmobile for the kids like a 340-440, a storage area built for my new trailer, guns(no hand guns, please), possibly addition work on my house.
