2009 16.2h Thoroughbred Gelding Freighter is a pleasure to ride. He is a shining example of classic hunter style: Light and scopey with a correct jump and endless athleticism. He has a big step and makes both the lines and fence height seem effortless. He is exceptionally handy and has great success with bigger jumps. He will stretch into a floating rein or easily balance and turn from a soft feel on his mouth. He likes a rider with a steady leg, a light seat, and a reasonably consistent eye, but has no problem with hacking a beginner or novice rider around. Freighter rarely needs lunging before any ride.
