2012 Dale buys Cathy a drink at Starbucks. Cathy says shell buy the next one. There was no next one. 2013 Cathy says shell play a netball game for the Autobots if Dale attends one of her martial arts classes. Dale attends the class, pays $20, hurts his shoulder, still plays netball afterwards. Cathy never suits up for the netball game. 2013 Cathy, thinking Dale would not take this seriously, says she will throw him a surprise birthday party. Dale, knowing that no one would turn up for said surprise birthday party (including Cathy), says he would rather have a dinner at Sizzler. Cathy laughs at this and changes the topic. 2013 In desperate need of extra funds (including for Sizzler event), Cathy asks Dale to get her a part time job. Dale gets Cathy said part time job and then quits after one shift, leaving Dale to answer a please explain to his boss. Cathy laughs it off and says shell take Dale out to Sizzler to make up for it. 2014 Dale makes an illegal, yet incredible turn around shot from 3/4 court at netball on the buzzer. To celebrate this near impossible feat, Cathy falsely states she will take Dale out to Sizzler. This never happens. 2014 Dale appears in a music video for Cathys sister Nicola. Whilst Dale agrees to happily do it out of acting love, he finds the role more appealing as his character is seeing Nicolas character but cheating on her with Cathys character. Thinking hed be getting it on with two sisters, all scenes involving love and affection are removed on the day of filming. Taking its place are scenes of brutal violence on Dales character where he gets beaten to a bulp causing the poor actor to be in tremendous amounts of pain. Cathy says she will take Dale to Sizzler as a thank you for letting her beat him up but she forgets this in a matter of seconds. 2014 Dale purchases photos from Spartan Race to the value of a Sizzler outing. Cathy asks, How much do I owe you? Dale replies with, Sizzler! 2014 Cathys Birthday - Dale posts a photo of a Sizzler restaurant on Cathys Facebook. Cathy starts suggesting dates for the Sizzler dinner. Things looking promising. LIFE Harry has always wanted to go to a restaurant with carpet. Since day one of marriage, Cathy promises to take her beloved partner to a said restaurant with carpet but fails to deliver. Harry throughout his stellar basketball/netball career makes clutch shots/plays and won numerous championships but falls short in the victory dinner from wife Cathy with either second rate food or tiled floors. Harry also tells Cathy not to make any deals with Dale ever again. SATURDAY 2ND AUGUST Sizzler dinner finally happens. Mostly everyone is happy.
