2013 Anthony Gates must make the necessary representations to the President to ensure that any constitution must reflect the absolute independence of the judiciary. Without such absolute independence public confidence in the judiciary will be seriously undermined. The Chief Justice as the head of the judiciary must also advise the President to put the BaiYum con-stitution to a referendum as otherwise it has no legal force. The Law Society office bearers must also crawl out of its hole and demand that the BaiYum con-stitution prescribes the separation of powers, ensure the total independence of the judiciary and is put to the test to the people.
