Box 303 Fayetteville, NC 28302 (910) 483-1179 [cid:[email protected]] “Together We Can Make a Difference” Dear Health & Human Service Provider: The deadline has been extended to participate in the 2013 Community Homeless & Hunger Stand Down. If you have not already submitted your Service Provider Sign-up Form please do so no later than Wednesday, November 6th. The 2013 Community Homeless & Hunger Stand Down Planning Committee will host the annual Homeless & Hunger Stand Down on Friday, November 15, 2013 from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm at the V.F.W. Post 6018 located at 16 Chance Street, in Downtown, Fayetteville, North Carolina. The 2013 Community H&H Stand Down will be a one day event designed to provide residents of Cumberland County access to agencies and services that can make a difference in their lives. Last year the event served over 1,300 residents and veterans, this year it is the goal of the Planning Committee to serve over 1,500 residents and veterans. You and your agency provide a service that can be a vital part of this event. We are requesting that you have a representative from your organization participate. Please complete and return the attached Nonprofit Vendor Information Form by Wednesday, November 6th via mail, facsimile or email to: Crystal Moore-McNair, Community Impact Director, United Way of Cumberland County, 222 Maiden Lane, Fayetteville NC 28301; email: [email protected]; fax: 910-483-1179. Tables and chairs will be provided. There will be a special section set up for organizations providing medical and/or confidential services. We thank you in advance for your support.
