2013 Ironman boulder 70.3 (1.2 MI swim, 56 MI bike, 13.1 MI run) results! final time: 5:54:47 divition pace(physically challenged) 2/2 Age group place(25-29): 585 overall place: 787 swim: distance: 1.2 MI time: 38:43 bike: distance 56 MI time: 2:53:16 (and that was with having to change a blow out flat tire at mi 34) run: distance: 13.1 MI (half marathon) time: 2:15:30 This race went amazing, bummer for the flat tire, which is where the other physically challenged team passed us, and really slow run, but great experience overall, now I can gear up for my next big race, this exact weekend next year, a full ironman at boulder!
