2013 Nationals Halifax is in sight, another long year of off season, dieting, depleting, workouts completed. this cant be done alone even with out supporting cast off friends, family and other atheletes along the journey. Want to thank Greg Doucette for believing in me and turning this body around in 10 week, ur knowledge/experience is second to none. excited whats to come with a full contest prep together as a team. Caissie Liberatore friend/training partner, combine over 14 shows between us first time comepting same show. Gerald Thibodeau again over the yrs ur one of my closest friend and supporter, Dale Doiron tks for the friendship, support and entertainment at the gym, Rene Leger tks for the sharing insight, challenge, friendship.
