2014-2015 Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and the Philippine-American Educational Foundation (or the Fulbright Commission in the Philippines) announce the opening of the competition for the 2014-2015 Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD). This program targets outstanding students from non-elite, underrepresented sectors in society who are in their second or third year in college to do one semester or one academic year of study in an accredited higher educational institution in the U.S. Application period for the 2014-2015 Global UGRAD Program is from October 7 to November 11, 2013. One letter must be from the applicant’s high school. •TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), if available. •Two (2) passport-size photos
