2014 COFFEE HOUSE & SILENT AUCTION MARCH 7 & 8 – DOORS OPEN 6 PM; PERFORMANCE STARTS 7 PM MUSIC, FOOD, AUCTION, DRINKS THIS IS A SPECIAL YEAR FOR THE COFFEE HOUSE—25TH ANNIVERSARY Organization for the Coffee House and Auction started April, 2013 and is coming to fruition March 7 & 8,in two weeks another Coffeehouse and Silent Auction will take place. Volunteer sign- up sheets are in the church foyer for awaiting signatures. Hersong has there signup sheets. Please be generous and sign up for a shift; and do not be shy about the Dish Duty. There is a set up and tear down team who will work on these duties. For those who can stay late on Saturday, please help with the tear down to make ready for Sunday Services the next day. And the YUMMY DESSERTS; don’t forget to bring those both on Friday and Saturday. And the treasurers you are no longer wanting or using, please donate them to the Silent Auction. PLEASE DONATE ITEMS THAT ESTATE QUALITY-- GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITON DONATION IDEAS: BOAT TRIP, BABYSITTING, HOMEMADE ITES SUCH AS JAMS, APPLESAUCE, BREAD, CANDY, PIES, SALSA, PICKLES. GARDEN TOTOTILLING, KNITTED ITEMS, QUILTED ITEMS, THEATER TICKETS, FRAMED ART, POTTED PLANTS, GIFT CERTIFICATES SUCH AS: BARNES & NOBLES, PETSMART, STARBUCKS, WALGREENS, HYVEE, AMAZON, CAR WASHES, ETC.
