Didnt notice anything wrong until I tried to slide open one of my closet doors! OMG a very heavy 15 wooden shelf had peeled off the wall bent the metal clothes rod and sandwiched every pair of slacks, blouse, coat, dress and skirt I owned, along with all the purses that had been on the shelf and so began what was an arduous excavation project.When I finally managed to get everything out I was not only exhausted but determined to find something really sturdy that did not require anchoring anything to the wall. All in all the perfection solution...Product Dimensions: 49.6" wide 18.5" deep 75.1" high. took just 15 minutes to set up...definitely GREAT!We have lots of similar wire shelving in our house, but Ive noticed theres a big quality difference between brands even though they all look pretty much the same. Unlike some other wire shelving Ive bought, the pieces went right together without needing to force them, and fit snugly. Its a very handy design, allowing plenty of room to hang mens shirts and coats and have shelves for shoes or something else below. If you want to hang womens dresses you probably wont have much room for both shelves, but the design is flexible to allow for that. I will probably be ordering a couple more of these.Btw, we didnt need or want the casters...it works just fine without them.I found this rack to be sturdy, without being overally heavy. The casters roll & lock easily. The double shelves at the bottom adds just the right amount of extra storage space. I would have like to the side hooks on both sides.
