No wheat good vitamins and flaxseed benefits that my children will eat ....I have to keep them away or they will eat them all in a few days.No creepy or weird ingredients , not too sugary , perfect for lunches, my kid loves them 3 grams fiber 130 calories perfect for little hands !My kids love these! And it is a snack/treat I feel pretty good about giving them. The ingredients list doesnt freak me out like some granola bar ingredients do. No high fructose corn syrup is good - but we are really trying to reduce hydrogenated oils. But it is hard to eat healthy if the kids dont like the food options you provide. This is a great compromise. Feels like a treat - but healthier than most treats.I love these bars for my 4 year old when we are on the move. And having Amazon subscription makes it even easier!
