I have a Glock 22 40cal and it fits snug and tight, I also have a Taurus Judge, a smaller piece and it stays put too. When traveling, either on the road or to the shooting range, there has been no issues with the gun moving around, it stays where it is suppose to.All in all, for the money these have worked out great for me. A case is for transport, not storage.It is plain and nondescript. Exactly what you want in a small pistol case. Like just about every other single pistol case, it is a heavy molded plastic. Unlike other cases, it has a sliding latch as opposed to the flip latch.Why is that important?We are programmed to recognize that which is familiar. When you see the more common type of latch, it isnt hard to figure out. We intuitively understand, even if youve never seen that particular case before. You, or someone else, can open it quickly. The only person that should open your case quickly is you.The slide is also very nice, because if you have long fingernails, chances are youve broken a nail on the flip type.I also like that it doesnt scream gun case. It is understated. The inside is padded with the familiar foam that cradles any type of gun that fits the dimensions of the case.Best of all, this isnt a product from a huge mega company. A guy with a passion for safety built a better mousetrap.Or in this instance, a gun case.If you like to carry your firearm with you when you travel, or need to, the the Premium Tactical Supply case is probably close to being perfect for your needs.You cant easily pry this case open given the dual slide lock plastic locks. If you want to really secure the firearm, ensure you purchase locks for these slides and you should be good to go. Another option is to use zip ties. Unlike other pistol cases Ive seen, this one really is NOT easy to just pry open and get into if closed and the slide locks are closed. Obviously not closing or securing the case properly will ensure someone can get in.The plastic seems quite sturdy and takes a beating. Inside is foam lining, ensuring your firearm doesnt slide around when you travel.Overall, a great single firearm case that can be easily locked and easily opened, but only opened by someone who should open the case, not just by prying it open.Recommended.I received a free sample for review purposes.While there are any number of good cases available for long guns, I have had difficulty finding one I liked for a handgun. Many are cheaply constructed and easy to pry open. Others are awkward to use. This is solidly built of high-quality, hard plastic, with a secure latching system thats easy to open and close. Obviously its not as secure as a gun safe, it will not stop a determined person with tools, but it should prevent casual, unobtrusive or accidental access.It requires either a cable lock (I used one that came with one of my handguns) or two small padlocks. The holes are on the small side, so be sure to check the diameter of the lock you plan to use.The plain black look of the case, with no logo or other indication that it contains a firearm, is a major advantage. In appearance, it could be a case for small tools or electronics.The size worked for a number of handguns (none with extended barrels or scopes). The padding is thick enough to hold large and small guns securely. The case is large enough for most handguns, and some magazines or bricks. In my opinion, protecting the ammunition is more important than protecting the gun.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and recommend it without reservation.Well made but feels light weight.
