2014 Financial Product Sales and Analytics - Polish speaker Job (London, GBR): Job Requisition Number:39487 The Role: Bloomberg Client Services, also known as the Bloomberg Helpdesk, is a group of professionals serving professionals who strive to provide the best client experience to our customers on a daily basis. We interact with our clients via chats, phone calls and face-to-face trainings to make sure they are getting the most value out of the Bloomberg terminals. With comprehensive training at every stage of your career, youll develop your knowledge of our product and grow as a financial professional specialising in at least one market sector for example; Equity, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange or Commodity. Youll also enhance your skills on managing client relationships, problem solving and objection handling. Successful employees in Client Services are passionate about the financial markets, and are up-to-date with current events and financial news in order to understand our clients needs and to provide tailor-made solutions. Multi-tasking and strong communications skills are required. Working in Client Services will open up your career opportunities as we interact with a number of departments in the company. The majority of our employees move into a Sales & Relationship Management role in which you will work with financial professionals to promote the Bloomberg terminal as their definitive tool; meeting all their data, news, and analytical needs to achieve business goals. Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelors degree or relevant work experience required -Business fluency in Polish required -Strong interest in financial markets and understanding of Bloombergs position within it -Experience in and enthusiasm for customer service -Proven ability to sell, with interest in pursuing a career in sales -Interest in technology and software solutions is desirable -Multi-tasking and ability to work well under pressure -Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment -Team player -Prior experience with use of the Bloomberg Terminal is a plus -Travel is required once in Sales -Salary is competitive + benefits -Available to begin employment in one of the 2014 start classes below: July 7th, August 11th, September 1st, October 6th, November.
