2014 GREENTREE FOUNDATION TEACHERS’ ECOLOGY WORKSHOP Greentree Foundation, in partnership with Seatuck Environmental Association, is pleased to announce the 2014 Greentree Foundation Teachers Ecology Workshop for elementary school teachers of Long Island. The exciting five-day professional development opportunity is slated for +July 7-11, 2014, +8:30am-3pm, at the 400-acre natural classroom of Greentree in Manhasset, NY. It will combine an intensive learning experience—lectures by noted experts with hands-on field studies and classroom activities— designed to equip grade school teachers of with a deeper knowledge of the natural world.
