2014 General Election Information Voter Registration Residents of Monongalia County can register to vote by completing the West Virginia Voter Registration application. The deadline to register to vote in the general election is October 14th. Applicants must be 17 years of age to apply and must be 18 to be eligible to vote in the general election.
