2014 IS A WRAP! Our rescue year has concluded as of today since the shelter will be closed tomorrow for New Years eve. Its been a crazy year with ups and downs but the KD Team managed to make it through with most of our sanity intact. And irrespective of all the crazy that rescue work entails, weve all kept our focus on what was important - saving the kitties of Devore and Big Bear shelters! And save them, we did! Together as a team and inclusive of our amazing rescue partners and supporters on the KD Page and donors who helped to fund our rescue efforts, we saved a grand total of 1003+ kitties... and we add the + because our last save of the year - Gayla - is expecting so shes carrying some extras in her cute package of a self. How many? It remains to be seen in 2015! Thank you all - each and every one of you - for making this year another exceptional year for the kitties of Devore and Big Bear shelters!!!
