2014 Isle of Man TT Update 02 - Conclusion of first practice: Hi everyone, real quick the EBR was more stable in practice today than I had anticipated and much faster on top speed than our Macau bike - a very good start. Unfortunately we collected a rock or similar at the 29th mile stone of our first and only lap today and it actually cut though two engine wires (out of my reach without tools) stopping up dead in its track. Done. Ha ha. So, we spent the next THREE (3) hours at the side of the race track with some Marshals freezing our bloody asses off with me in sweaty wet leathers but at least the Corner Marshals were kind enough to give me some hot tea and even rolled me a naughty fag to help the time pass. Thanks guys (-: We missed a bunch of practice today though with the weather perfect but hey, the engine didnt miss a beat, I enjoyed riding her and theres more practice to cum. Bars out, brake lever in, seat bump larger, rear brake up, shifter lever up, fix the broken wires and I think were good to give it another go tomorrow. Could be worse.
