2014 Nov 6: Bon Secour Survey As part of an effort to strengthen the hospitals commitment to the Port Jervis Community, we have been engaged with diverse groups of community members, stakeholders and civic organizations in discussions about health and wellness. Participants have shared stories and provided key insight into the needs of our community. The design and facilitation of our discussions has been based on one-to-one and group conversations in addition to a written survey. Your input will help to provide a complete picture of health and wellness needs in our community.
